Position summary
Assists the DPT program in providing quality customer care and service for walk-ins, students, faculty, staff and computer-related activities. This person would also routinely assist the Building Manager in warehouse activities, setting up and rearranging classrooms and moving heavy equipment.

Duties and responsibilities
•Assists Building Manager/ Administrative Assistant in various duties
• Updates various Excell spreadsheets and sorts mail
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Assists building manager in cleaning and organizing, and in setting up and tearing down for special events
• Prepares mailings and tabulates surveys
• Photocopies and collates materials
• Campus errands as directed
• Monitors PT Resource Room: checks materials in/out, re-shelves, catalogues new books
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required
