Looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with the marketing initiatives for the College of Health & Professions. You will assist in executing our social media calendar and marketing plan.

Duties and responsibilities
- Carry out administrative duties
- Assist with website maintenance
- Creating content for social media.
- Setting up campaigns that will appeal to target audiences and increase traffic.
- Using analytics to measure key performance indicators (KPI).

Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student at Andrews University
- Efficient graphic design skills
- Top-notch communication skills
- Creativity (skilled in coming up with original ideas)
- Proficiency in marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
- Enthusiasm for enhancing student experiences
Technical competencies
- Able to assist with website maintenance.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPI).
- Efficient graphic design skills for creating content.
Interpersonal interactions
- Coordinating with students to gather testimonials and user-generated content.
- Must work collaboratively with students and staff.
- Assisting with planning and organizing events, which involves working with various teams and attendees.
Physical demands
This position does not require any lifting or manual labor. If there are any physical demands, they may be light, such as occasional event setup.
Work environment
The work environment includes a quiet a professional office for digital tasks and outdoor spaces for content creation. You'll also collaborate with students during media days (studio and outdoor).
