Position summary
The website manager and Amazon assistant will (1) manage web content in various platforms; (2) track Amazon’s vendor specifications especially regarding cataloging; (2) assist with preparing and posting text and images on Amazon and CMS/KonaKart; and (3) help to maintain a regular responsible social media presence.
Qualifications summary
Applicant must (1) have superior communication skills with a high attention to detail; (2) be proficient CMS, Amazon Seller, and social media; (3) be reliable and punctual; and (4) be a qualified, full-time student at Andrews University.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage a departmental website
- Interface with the ITS department to initiate and resolve service issues
- Manage vendor platforms so as to be prepared to make additions and alterations when needed
- Pursue and resolve inconsistencies and errors with online products
- Assist in preparing and/or posting images of publications on Amazon and the website

Qualifications
- High level of attention to detail and quality of work
- Knowledge of CMS platform management
- Understanding of basic language development (html, css)
- Ability to effectively use social media platforms
- Skills in preparing and/or editing images preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to spend long periods of time on a single task but also regularly switch between multiple projects
- Reliability and dependability in meeting daily schedule
