Andreasen Center Membership Updates
What is your current membership status?
With all paused memberships reactivating Monday, Nov. 2, read below to determine the status of your membership and next actions to take.
AU Employees (Benefit Eligible): All benefit-eligible employees will continue to receive a free membership until further notice. Memberships will become "active" on Nov. 2, but no charges will be incurred.
Monthly Memberships: All monthly memberships that have not already been reactivated WILL be reactivated (or unpaused) on Monday, Nov. 2, with monthly charges resuming. If you DO want your membership reactivated, do nothing! This will automatically occur on Monday, Nov. 2. If you do NOT want your membership reactivated, see additional options below.
Annual Memberships: All annual memberships that have not already been reactivated WILL be reactivated (or unpaused) on Monday, Nov. 2, with new contract end dates that reflect 7.5 additional months past original contract end dates, to account for the time the memberships were paused. If you DO want your membership reactivated, do nothing! This will automatically occur on Monday, Nov. 2. If you do NOT want your membership reactivated, see additional options below.
Additional Options:
Pause Extension: Request a pause extension for up to 6 months by emailing thewellnessclub@andrews.edu or stopping by the front desk. Pause extensions will incur a charge of $10 per month/membership.
Cancellation: Request a cancellation by emailing thewellnessclub@andrews.edu or by stopping by the front desk.
