Dr. Angeline Brauer, the main presenter, is Health Ministries director for the North American Division (NAD) of Seventh-day Adventists, based in Columbia, Maryland. Her topic is entitled “Can my Faith be Strengthened through Science?” In her presentation, Dr. Brauer will speak about the process of scientific discovery, how the teachings of the Bible support principles of science, and how science and the Word can partner in bolstering our faith. She will be joined on the panel by Martin Hanna, PhD, and David Sedlack, PhD, LMSW, CFLE, from the Seventh-Day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, and Dr. Susan Woolford-White, associate professor with a specialty in Pediatric Care at the University of Michigan.
