Arthur Havlicek, president and CEO of the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber:
Arthur has nearly a decade of public sector experience that spans the local, state and national levels. As president of the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, Arthur hopes to bring businesses, community organizations and elected officials together toward a common goal—keeping Southwest Michigan a great place to live, work and raise a family for years to come.
