$300 small, budget room available. Rent includes all utilities and washer/dryer use. 2 bathroom house. Pet friendly (with separate fee). Security deposit of $500 required. No smoking or drinking. Room is upstairs. Upstairs is comprised of the two small rooms across from each other.

Certain areas are being remodeled, but this does not prevent use of any space.
