Seasonal Job Opportunities

We are currently looking to hire approximately 400 Christian men and women to fill paid positions for a four-week project with Operation Christmas Child. As we prepare for the upcoming season, we kindly request that you share the below information with your family, friends, on your job board/newsletter or social media, and with those within your network.

Our seasonal positions include a wide variety of customer service positions—including team coaches, greeters and floor coordinators. There are also a variety of warehouse positions—including dockworkers, quality/inventory control, class A CDL drivers and forklift drivers. The ideal candidates for these positions will have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, align with the mission of Samaritan’s Purse, work well with volunteers, be flexible, and able to function well in a fast-paced environment.

• Seasonal Employment (mid-November through mid-December) at the Operation Christmas Child facility in Charlotte, NC
• 40+ hours per week, Monday–Saturday (Thanksgiving Day off)
• Hourly pay rate of $20 per hour
  • Customer service associates (greeting, team coaches, scanners and more)
  • Warehouse associates (forklift, heavy lifting, shipping and receiving)
  • Data processing (alphanumeric, 10-key)
