Director of Development for AFM

Do you have a passion for missions and a heart for connecting people with God’s work among the unreached? AFM is prayerfully seeking a spiritually minded individual with previous leadership and management experience along with good organizational and people skills, creativity, integrity, and discipline to join our team as AFM’s Development Director. (Cross-cultural experience is preferable).

This pivotal role is responsible for development of a strong donor base through donor ministry, fundraising training, and supervision of missionary candidates and several office employees. The Development Director plans, organizes, and carries out a wide variety of ministry initiatives—cultivating relationships with current and potential partners through visits (which means you’ll be traveling at least one week per month), phone calls, thank-you letters, and social media. All of these efforts serve one purpose: fueling the vision of reaching the unreached with the gospel.
