Includes all utilities and washer/dryer. 2 bathroom house. Pet friendly (with separate fee). Security deposit of $500 required. No smoking or drinking. Must be okay with co-ed - currently one couple renting a single room with cat and dog, and a young man renting another room. Certain areas are being remodeled, but this does not prevent use of any space. The ages of the three individuals already living there are in their 20s. There is one more room available, for a total of 4 people living in the house. Texting preferred, I sometimes don't get email notifications. I recently lost my job and am now training as a canvasser for a local roofing company that partners with insurance to replace roofs with storm damage. It's long days knocking doors and I need to drive to where the storms are. Unfortunately my Prius at 244000 miles has blown the head gasket and the mechanic says it'll be more affordable to buy another used car than replace the motor. I can't afford to do either and am humbly asking if anyone might have a car they no longer need that I can use for work until I get back on my feet. Thanks so much!
