Not sure you can tackle all three challenges? No problem! Compete with a team of two to three individuals. Shirts are only guaranteed for those who register by Feb. 2.</p> <p> Categories are as follows:</p> <ul> <li> Women (49 and under)</li> <li> Women's Masters (50+)</li> <li> Men (49 and under)</li> <li> Men's Masters (50+)</li> <li> Teams (all ages and genders)</li> </ul> <p> This is a timed event. Faith communities often play a key role in recognizing warning signs and offering guidance. By fostering open conversations about mental health, faith communities can create a compassionate environment where individuals feel safe to seek help.
