Lloyd (Jay Jay) Martinez Jr., a senior majoring in finance, has had his paper "The Effective Predictors of the SPX Index" published in the Michigan Journal of Business, Fall 2020, Volume XII, Issue I. Lloyd's research examines a multiple linear regression model to explore the relationship between various independent variables and the closing price of the SPX.
