Under general direction of the lead shop mechanic provide maintenance service at Andrews University.

FAA Maintenance Technician License with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.

The student lineman job involves assisting with the flight operations of Andrews University. The student lineman will be responsible for certain dispatch and ground operations tasks that improve the safety and efficiency of flight operations. The student lineman will be asked to work both in and out of buildings in all seasonal weather. The student lineman may also assist the Director of Maintenance and to assist with Aviation Department functions.

Assist Chef’s with general kitchen task that may include preparation of food, sanitation duties, and ware washing stations and assisting with Front of the House duties.

Shifts would be Serving Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 - 1:30 p.m. or Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. -3:30 p.m.

This is a student worker position. The employee will assist in the maintenance and general beautification of Andrews University Grounds. 

One must be in good health, have a good attitude, and be able to deal with inclement weather.

The payroll student assistant will be responsible for supporting the payroll staff by performing data entry, answering customer requests via email and/or phone, and assisting with the front desk responsibilities. Candidate must be available to work 8-12 hours per week during business hours.

Strong preference will be given to candidates that live locally and can work year round which includes summer break. Qualified candidates will be proficient in office skills such as data entry, filing, and computer literacy that includes Microsoft Office products. Candidates should be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize time and responsibilities. Operates AV equipment for live events and assist with other AV related tasks in an office environment.

Prompt and dependable.

Familiarity with operation of audio mixers such as Behringer, Mackie, Midas, and/or Yamaha.

Past experience setting up microphones, speakers, mixers and using computer presentation software is preferred.

Assists the Communication Systems Coordinator with day-to-day communication processing, data entry, importing of lists, tele-counseling, updates to the enrollment website, answers university switchboard and Recruit related data checking and sending of data to Banner. This graduate assistant serves as the primary academic advisor and marketing assistant for the Online Undergraduate Spanish Ministry Certificate and assists the Adult Center Director with research, course design, and student service video tutorials.

Under the leadership of the School of Distance Education Adult Center and Online Student Services Director, this student worker will lead in marketing and student service tutorial video and social media reel development. Responsibilities include assisting with market analysis, student interviews, managing video content collection, video editing, and marketing use. All SDE student workers also serve in the Online Testing Center as proctors during exam weeks.

The editorial assistant will be participating in various stages of book production, assisting with projects such as a study Bible, a theological work on the Adventist understanding of death, a biblical Hebrew textbook, a forthcoming book considering Adventist participation in the military, and/or manuscripts being considered for publication. Currently seeking student workers to assist my team by filling in. Must be responsible to work independently, or in teams, to clean the University Towers building and vacant rooms, as trained and directed by supervisor or assistant.

This "essential" work is available all year long, Sundays-Fridays, during holidays, breaks, snow days, and all through the summer months. Schedules will be set by the supervisor or assistant, and can be flexible, as coordinated with students' schedules, and advanced requests.
