Position Summary
  

The Degree Audit Specialist position is an important position within the Office of Academic Records. Accuracy and attention to detail are key in order to complete duties which include: completing degree audits; processing graduation applications and maintaining the student graduation list for each conferral period; managing student documents and folders; and providing excellent customer service to constituents including our off-campus locations.

Position Summary
  

The Transcript and Diploma Specialist position operates as the process owner and expert on transcript and diploma services offered to students. Functions as a key member of the Academic Records team serving as the primary contact for phone calls and relevant departmental emails. Maintains academic and data integrity in relevant systems and reports to provide support to other team members. Other duties include: overseeing all processes related to notary and apostille seal; supervising student workers; managing student documents and folders; and providing excellent customer service to constituents.

Position Summary
  

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, loving, and creative individual to help care for and support the children in our center. As a closing staff member, you will be actively involved in the safe supervision of children ages 2 weeks through 12 years and serve as the staff in charge when the Director is not on site. This includes interacting with families at pickup, supporting teachers, and ensuring the center is properly closed and secured each day.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
