Praises to the King
The Andrews University Wind Symphony and University Singers will present a vespers program focusing on "Praises to the King" on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Howard Performing Arts Center. The program will feature songs of praise from the University Singers such as Kyle Pederson’s "Exultate Jubilate" and "Illuminare His" by Elaine Hagenberg, as well as the Wind Symphony’s renditions of arrangements of "Great is Thy Faithfulness," "Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow" and Rossano Galante’s "Resplendent Glory." The program will also feature several undergraduate and graduate student directors, as well as a world premiere of "Rex Caelestis," composed by graduate music student Earlon Cornwall. The concert is free to attend.
