Sermon Title: Nothing Between
There should be nothing between us and our Savior. No decrees, no events, no people and no music should be building a wall between our Savior and our hearts. We have to pay the price for our faithfulness to our God, but paying the price for not being faithful is much more expensive. Hannahiah, Mishael and Azariah knew that well and made their choice: if they stayed faithful to God, the worst outcome was losing their own lives. But if they did not stay faithful to their God, the price was losing eternal life. They made their choice back then, and we are to make ours today.
